Just one look... that's all it took! |

That is how Blossom entered and changed my life forever. I bred Blossom to Kal's dog "Killer". We did show the resulting puppies, but found we could not register them because Kal's dog was an American and we could not prove his pedigree. I was learning fast. By now I was determined that if I was going to breed dogs I had better do it properly. I got a "Dogs in Canada" magazine and looked up breeders. I found a breeder in Calgary that showed her dogs so I contacted her about puppies and purchased "Dak" (full title Ch. Tamawae's Daiquiri Dancer). Tommi helped me to show him to his championship. He was the most laid back sweetest dog you could ever meet. I still have a little of his bloodline in my dogs and his personality shines through. He lived to be 13, as did Blossom. For a few years I was not breeding much, but after my marriage ended I decided to start again. I bred a few litters, all gold and white and decided I would like other colors. A friend wanted a smaller type Shih Tzu so we purchased together a black male from the USA "Dooley" is now about 11 pounds. I usually have black and white, gold and white and black puppies available. I occasionally also have gold with a black mask puppies. I can email copies of the pedigrees of the current available puppies and will reserve a puppy from a future litter.
